This Return Policy applies to purchases from Granehampton Lane through granehamptonlane.com. Because many pillows are handmade, one of a kind, or produced in limited quantities, refunds and exchanges are not offered.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges or return for our items. Because many products are one of a kind, replacement inventory may not be available.
Cancellations
To request cancellation, contact us promptly at info@granehamptonlane.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered fulfillment or shipped. Any cancellation rights required by law remain unaffected.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order promptly. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 10 days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Do not discard packaging until we respond. If the claim is verified, we will provide an appropriate replacement, repair, refund, or other remedy consistent with applicable law.
Handmade Characteristics
Minor differences in pattern placement, color, texture, and dimensions can occur in handmade textile products and are not necessarily defects. This does not affect rights relating to products that are materially misdescribed, damaged, or defective.
We photograph our products in natural light whenever possible to represent their colors and details accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on lighting conditions, screen settings, and device displays. Because all of our pillows are handmade from patterned textiles, slight variations in color, texture, and pattern placement are natural and make each piece unique. Because our pillows are one-of-a-kind and made from remnants we cannot offer swatches.
