These Terms of Service govern your use of granehamptonlane.com and purchases from Granehampton Lane. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit an order.
1. Eligibility and Site Use
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to make a purchase. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when ordering and to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the Site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or infringe another person’s rights.
2. Products and Handmade Variations
Granehampton Lane offers decorative pillows and related textile goods. All of our products are handmade, one of a kind, or produced in limited quantities. Pattern placement, color, texture, dimensions, and other details may vary slightly from photographs or descriptions. Screen settings and lighting can also affect how colors appear. These natural variations are not necessarily defects.
Product descriptions will state, where applicable, whether an item includes a pillow insert or is a cover only. Please review the complete description and dimensions before purchasing.
3. Availability and Orders
Products are offered subject to availability. Opening a checkout page does not reserve an item. We may cancel or decline an order because of an inventory error, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restriction, or another legitimate business reason. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled item.
4. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown during checkout. Prices and availability may change before an order is placed.
Payments are processed by Stripe or another identified payment provider. We do not directly store complete payment-card details. Your use of a payment provider may also be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices. You authorize the provider to charge the total displayed at checkout.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Processing time: 1-2 business days. Shipping destinations: Mainland USA. Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days (Shipping Policy).
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly promise a specific date. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If we cannot ship within the time stated at purchase—or, when no time is stated, within the period required by applicable law—we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by law.
Please contact us promptly if a shipment is lost, delayed, or marked delivered but cannot be located.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Nothing in these Terms limits any return, refund, cancellation, warranty, or other consumer right that cannot legally be limited. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at info@granehamptonlane.com within 10 days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy consistent with the applicable policy and law.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original photographs, text, graphics, branding, designs, and arrangement are owned by or licensed to Granehampton Lane and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the Site for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes. No other reproduction, distribution, modification, or exploitation is permitted without prior written authorization.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may link to services operated by third parties, including Stripe. We are not responsible for third-party sites, their availability, or their independent practices. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Products are provided subject to the descriptions and express warranties, if any, stated on the Site. We do not exclude warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Granehampton Lane will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or a product. Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply.
